Managed all aspects of the Crocker Art Museum’s social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. From creating content and writing optimized captions, to conducting hashtag research and tracking analytics, I was responsible for extending the museum experience into the digital realm and for driving program attendance and increasing general admission to the museum. For FY 2023 (July 2022 through June 2023), the Crocker saw a 60% increase in reach and 5% increase in followers across social media platforms, as well as a rise in engagements and conversions.
