ArtInteractive is a quaterly publication by the Crocker Art Museum that highlights upcoming programs and events. It gets mailed to all museum members, as well as distributed to the general public.
Responsibilities
- Gathered content from multiple contributors.
- Edited all copy to ensure it was engaging, accurate, and adhered to the Crocker brand and voice.
- Collaborated with graphic designer for layout, image choices, etc.
- Proofed design.
Skills and Experience
This project requires an immense amount of cross-department collaboration, navigating tight deadlines, and maintaining a meticulous attention to detail to track changes and updates. I start by gathering content from multiple contributors and writing program descriptions that appeal to our audience. Often, the details of these programs shift and change throughout the project, which requires a nimble response to ensure all edits are made in design and in the copy document, which later gets used to develop the calendar of events on the website.
